Dan Pfeffer is a Director at Blue Spark Energy Systems. Over the last two decades in the mining and capital management industries, Mr. Pfeffer has become known for his expertise in long-term investments across the natural resources sector. As a trained geologist, he combines a technical background with extensive public and private investment experience. He previously worked in investment banking at Morgan Stanley in London and managed extractive industry investments for funds at 3G Capital and Point72 in New York. Most recently, he was a Partner at Bornite Capital in New York before becoming Chief of Staff to the Chairman and CEO at Ivanhoe Mines, Ivanhoe Electric and I-Pulse in 2024. Mr. Pfeffer holds a degree from Northwestern University in Earth and Planetary Sciences (Geology).
